On March 26, 2009, Stahl Specialty Company, Kingsville, MO, and Alcast Company, Peoria, IL, consummated a transaction resulting in an affiliation of the two companies and execution of a Strategic Alliance Agreement. The Strategic Alliance allows for technology sharing and resource sharing with Stahl Specialty Company’s leadership in tilt-pour aluminum casting and horizontal machining and Alcast Company’s proprietary bottom-fill, electromagnetic low pressure casting and CNC turning.
