Production Machining

With over 40 horizontal CNC machining centers, Stahl Specialty production machining offers our customers a fully machined casting ready for assembly. Skilled machinist perform the machining operation, any required pressure testing, washing, quality control checks, and packaging within the production cell. This is supported with a qualified engineering staff who coordinate the design of machining fixtures and cutting tools reduce the cost the machining the castings. Sub-assembly of components is also completed to meet the challenges of an overall cost reduction to the end product.
